Biography
I started modeling in Pittsburgh in 1986 and my agent told me to go to New York and get a New York agency and I saw Ford and they said I'll never work a day in my life as a model. So I didn't try to work as a model again. And in 1991 I was vacationing in Miami Beach, while laying on the beach with my wife a booker named Mel from Irene Marie saw me and asked me if I wanted to be a model, and I said to him I already tried and it didn't work out. So he brought me into the agency to meet the head book or Tino and they set up one test with the photographer Scott Teitler and I got four pictures and put it into my book.
So I would do castings in Miami Beach with 4 pictures in my book, and come home and I'd have confirmations on my answer machine of the details for the next day. I worked almost every day from there on.
