I had been scouted a few times in university and knew there was something worth pursuing. So after I graduated with a fine Arts degree I made my way down to south beach Miami in fall of 1993 and got a job on the beach. Scouted again, To pay for my first test in SB I sold my car to pay for it, a week later I was represented by Elite models, a month later I was booked on a Armani campaign being shot by Peter Lindberg in Egypt.   That’s when they booked jobs months in advance, a couple of days before leaving for the booking Isabella my booker,  calls me in to tell me to bring in my airline tickets for the booking, I had been replaced by Mark Vandeloo. She then told me at the time I was the first model Giorgio would have booked with out meeting in person. To not lose faith, A year later I was in my hometown doing my art work a commercial installation project I had landed. At the same time I was getting direct bookings to Europe and through out the US. I never stoped working and always just planed to do my part to keep a foot in as long as the phone kept ringing.
