Biography
I was scouted in Groningen , a small town in the Netherlands. 1 year later in February 1986 I joined City Models and walked my first YSL show in Paris.
I shot many beautiful stories with Bruce Weber, including one when I was 3 months pregnant in 1989 for Paris Vogue with Joe McKenna
When I flew to Miami in October 1986 for the Calvin Klein campaign with BruceWeber. I had just met my husband to be - Michael Drake - on a shoot in Ibiza with Gilles Bensimon.
Since Michael was moving to NY I flew on the meet him there
The day Anna Wintour booked me for the September issue US Vogue. With the stipulation that Didier Malige cut my hair short. We shot with Patrick Demarchelier and Grace Coddington was the editor
