Upon majoring at Michigan State University in Chemistry and Physiology, Carlos accepted an internship in New York City and worked as a model/dancer/singer for 7 years. While working for various brands such as Adidas, Ellesee, Sergio Valente and Z. Cavaricci, Carlos sang and danced in 2 Broadway shows, "Alcazar de Paris", and in “House of Flowers" alongside Patti LaBelle, directed and choreographed by Tony Award winner, Geoffrey Holder. During this time, after being featured as a dancer/model in the music videos “Word Up” for the singing group Cameo, and in "You're Gonna Get Rocked" by Latoya Jackson, Carlos was invited to appear as a featured dancer for Prince in “Diamond and Pearls” and “Cream” and re-located to Hollywood. Once in Los Angeles, Carlos worked as a feature dancer for Vanessa Williams in her title song “Comfort Zone’, followed by breakthrough roles in television and feature film projects, most notably Baywatch, SpyHard, Stargate and Sutures. Taking a hiatus to raise his son, Carlos has since decided to return to the world of modeling and is currently with Major Models, New York.
